COVID-19 Info

I am fully vaccinated as of April 21!

Masks will still be required to be worn by everyone regardless of vaccination status until further notice. Once you are in the treatment room, if you are fully vaccinated, you are welcome to remove your mask but must put it back on when walking through the office.
